1. Nature of Delivery
All our services are digital in nature and delivered remotely via email, online dashboards, reports, shared documents, or other agreed communication platforms. No physical delivery is involved.
2. Service Onboarding
Upon successful purchase or agreement of a service package, you will receive a confirmation email outlining:
- Scope of services
- Expected timelines
- Onboarding documentation (if applicable)
- Communication channels
Most services begin after the onboarding call or receipt of required inputs/materials from the client.
3. Turnaround Time
Delivery times vary based on the type of service selected, its complexity, and the client’s responsiveness. Estimated timelines are:
- Strategy Planning: 2–5 business days
- SEO Audits & Reports: 3–7 business days
- Paid Ad Campaign Setup: 5–10 business days
- Website/Design Projects: As agreed in the proposal
- Ongoing Monthly Services: Delivered according to the subscription schedule
We always aim to deliver services within or before the promised time. Delays due to lack of required information from the client are not our responsibility.
4. Communication
All service progress and delivery updates will be communicated via:

5. Completion & Handover

Depending on the service package, a limited number of free revisions may be included. Additional revisions outside of the scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated in advance.
