At Pista, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services designed to help businesses grow. Due to the nature of our work—being service-based, custom, and digital—our return and refund policy is structured accordingly.

1. No Return Policy

Since we do not offer physical products, returns do not apply. All our services are digital and customized to each client’s specific needs. Once a service has been initiated or delivered, it cannot be returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

We strive for 100% client satisfaction. However, refunds may be issued under specific circumstances, subject to review:

Eligible Refund Situations:

  • The service was not delivered at all (no work initiated or progress shown within the committed timeframe).
  • A duplicate payment was made due to a technical issue.
  • You cancel a project before any work has started (within 24 hours of payment).

Non-Eligible Situations:

  • You change your mind after work has started or been delivered.
  • Lack of results due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., industry competition, algorithm changes, or market conditions).
  • Delays caused by your own inaction (e.g., not providing required assets or information).

3. Custom Work

All our strategies, campaigns, designs, and reports are customized for each client. Once work has begun, the time and effort invested cannot be recovered. Therefore, partial or full refunds are not guaranteed unless under special circumstances and at our discretion.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Date of payment and proof of transaction
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a chargeback or external dispute, we request you to contact us directly so we can resolve any issues amicably. We are always open to discussions and willing to make reasonable adjustments when appropriate.
